Family Therapy

Family members have unique needs for support when a loved one is struggling. Family therapy can provide a place for each member of the family to safely explore issues and learn effective communication.

While your loved one’s struggle may be the primary focus, there are other issues that require exploration and healing. Our team has experience in providing couples and family therapy to facilitate recovery.

Nutrition Therapy

When an individual develops an eating disorder, his or her relationship with food becomes complex. The recovery process involves untangling the negative meanings and myths. Nutrition therapy involves challenging and educating individuals about the myths and rules the eating disorder has established.

The relationship between an individual and his or her nutrition therapist requires trust, as emotional issues with food are explored. Our Registered Dietitians will focus on providing the specialized treatment you need with a safe, compassionate approach.
